Calling out aroung the world, are you ready for a brand new jive...

Summer's here, the time is right for...
The Jolly Boys Outing V
Good day, Gentlemen,
For those who have not yet attended a JBO, started back in the summer of 2004,
the Jolly Boys Outing is a meeting of chaps at one of the more salubrious drinking establishments where much alcoholic consumption is the order of the evening.
For those of you who are acquainted with the concept already...Here we go again!!
JBO5 is scheduled for Friday 15th July 2005
(A chance ti find out "what happened" at JBO4 in Brussels...)
After much negotiations with those Jolly Boys who found it difficult to get a gate pass for a Thursday, please note the change to Friday evening...so no more whining!
Similarly we have had a request for a change of eating establishment, so ever conscious of the wishes of the worshipful brethren we are dining at ASK for a taste of Italia!
Itinerary
7.30pm Introductory drinks at Mssrs Finn M'Couls, High Wycombe
8.30pm -ish A slow meander down the hill to ASK, to be accompanied with more beverages
10.00pm -ish An even slower stagger back up to the aforementioned F M'Cs
Unfortunately the Karaoke will not be a part of this evening , but the drinking continues at F M'C until 2.00am!
(Those Jolly Boys with notes MAY be permitted to depart earlier)
RSVP to this e-mail address: jolly@umm.info
Given the change to a Friday I suspect we'll need an idea of numbers to book at ASK
See you there and wear your drinking trousers!
The Honourable Order of Jolly Boys is open to any chap loosely associated with WYSPAS, Cygneture, New Penny & Big Dog
who shares the Order's commitment to serious drinking and good company.
If you think someone may be so inclined and may not have received this missive,
please be so kind as to extend this invitation to them.
"Semper tempus aliud!"
(Always time for another!)

Autumn Concert Details

Exciting news chaps - WYSPAS will be doing something in the Autumn after all.
Check out the Autumn Concert page of all of the details.

Hi gang - here are some pictures from the producers on broadway......

Another Theatre Trip - boy are we good to you......

On Wednesday 29th June, WYSPAS have organised a coach to travel from High Wycombe to Drury Lane Theatre to see a performance of
THE PRODUCERS!
This hilarious stage show comes to Drury Lane Theatre after being a big hit on Broadway.
Staring Fred Applegate (direct from Broadway) and funny man John Gordon Sinclair.
Applegate plays producer Max Bialystock and Gordon Sinclair plays Leo Bloom,
his accountant, both are down on their luck.Together, they hatch the ultimate scam: Produce a show so certain offailure that you never need to pay back the investors, and pocket theinvestment money. All seems well as they find what appears to be the ideal potential flop show to stage:
"Springtime for Hitler" - until the openingnight.??..
I have 50 tickets with a face value of £37.50 in the Upper Circle
(not as high as the balcony)!Inclusive price of tickets and return coach journey£22.50Please email or call Lynn on 07973862038 to reserve your space.

Singing Workshop Update

The 2 masterclasses on 28th Sept and 4th Oct are now full - Everyone who has provisionally booked with Jane needs to send their cheque (which can be dated for 1st Sept) to secure their place.
If additional people want to still send a cheque and book, Jane will keep them as reserves.

There is still room on the main workshop on 14th. Technique and excersise is everything - if you want to be able to hold the note at the end of Sabbath Prayer, sing as loudly as Andy or as effortlessly as Margaret, this is the workshop you need to be on!

Jane has had to move people between the two masterclass dates to make it work - if you are flexible, could you get in touch with her and let her know?

More information and names/dates will be posted.
